Title: Software Quality Analyst

Rate: $40/hrCTC

Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: 4 months

MUST HAVE:

* Advanced knowledge and experience with Mercury QTP tool

* Advanced knowledge and experience with Mercury LoadRunner tool

* Advanced knowledge and experience with Mercury Quality Center tool

* Experience with SQL Server or Oracle database, including writing basic SQL queries

* Excellent communication skills (especially written, with both technical and non-technical people)

* Excellent test case creation and logic skills

* Good troubleshooting skills

* Quick learner

* Self starter/independent worker

NICE TO HAVE:

* Business analysis skills are a plus (such as gathering or interpreting requirements and working with business users)

* Customer service experience would be a plus as the position involves some interaction with the application end-users.

Title: Mid-Level PeopleSoft Developer

Rate: $43-45/hr CTC

Location: Tempe, AZ

Duration: 4 months

MUST HAVE:

-At least 3-5 years as a Peoplesoft Developer

-Experience with at least 2 PeopleTools migrations is necessary

-Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, BPEL, Web Services, and JAVA is strongly preferred.

Description Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Peoplesoft Developers. The candidates will be helping the client upgrade from PeopleTools 8.22.15 to PeopleTools 9.0. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the development of software applications. This consultant will develop and code new software and make enhancements to existing software to increase the effectiveness of the product for business use.

** This manager has 3 positions open and has been responding in less than 24 hours of submittal. He is eager to get these positions filled with qualified Oracle Developers

Title: Oracle Developer

Rate: $42/hrCTC

Location: Tempe, AZ

Duration: 4 months Contract

OVERVIEW

Under general direction, this position designs, develops, implements and maintains moderately complex databases, which includes but is not limited to the maintenance of database dictionaries and the integration of systems through database design.

REQUIREMENTS

· A thorough knowledge and understanding of the technical environments as normally obtained through the completions of a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

· Master's Degree big plus.

· Must have sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify incumbent to work on most phases of database development.

· 4 years of database development experience or experience in a related field is preferred.

· Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the database management/development field is required.

· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above.

· Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Minimum 4 years experience building applications with PL SQL and data modeling.

· Minimum 4 years with Oracle database on both Windows and UNIX platforms.

· At least 3 years of database design experience.

· Strong PL/SQL Development skills a must.

· DBA skills are a plus.

· Exceptional communication and comprehension skills.

· Candidate must possess good database modeling and architecture skills.

· Must have strong transaction oriented experience.

· Look for customer built application experience.

Under general supervision, this position develops, codes, test and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software to increase the effectiveness of the product for business use. This person will be responsible for manual testing of enterprise level Oracle applications currently being developed.

-Should have at least 1-2 years of work experience with Oracle.

-Knowledge in backend development. PL/SQL knowledge needed.

-Datastage, PL/SQL and Data modeling are needed to build test scripts.

-A thorough knowledge and understanding of software development as typically obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

-A general understanding and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the software-development field is required.

-The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above.

-Must be able to write code for testing purposes only - will not have to write applications for end users.

-Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

-MCSD and Oracle Certifications are strongly preferred.

This is a tough find, but manager will hire if we find a candidate that matches the requirement!

Title: Senior UI Developer

Rate: $50/HRCTC- Flexible!

Location: Tempe, AZ

Duration: 4 month CTC

Manager Update Note: Candidates need more emphasis on UI development and frameworks. These are some keywords that they are looking for in resumes to indicate the extent of the candidate's experience and knowledge:

Dojo, Prototype, YUI, & JQuery.

Client is looking for a strong User Interface Engineer/Front-end Architect. A strong, comprehensive background with OO, Javascript, Java Web Applications, Front end, AJAX and DOM Scripting is required.

UI Engineer Job Requirements:

- BS or preferably MS in Computer Science or equivalent with strong object-oriented experience and background in developing Java based web applications.
- Broad experience to various frameworks like struts/spring
- Experience in designing/developing modular, object-oriented JavaScript.
- Thorough understanding of request/response architecture
- Excellent understanding of DHTML and AJAX including in depth knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and DOM including understanding of cross-browser issues
- Understanding and experience applying design patterns (Singleton, Template, Command, Interceptor, Interpreter, etc)
- Working knowledge of relational database concepts and O/R mapping tools (like Hibernate)
- Knowledge of User Interface Design, User Centered Design and Usability a plus.
- Strong focus on problem solving and analysis with a drive to understand problems in context of end-users, technical requirements and business needs.
